Returns and Credits
To return an incorrect part that was ordered:
Call 1-630-879-2050, x660 to notify our Parts Department of an error. You may also e-mail parts@suncast.com.
Be ready to identify the problem with the replacement part in question and provide the following information:
- The order # from the address label
- Your name
- Address
- Daytime phone number
To return a part to Suncast Corporation include all paperwork that you received with your order and send to:

Your credit card will be credited once the part has been received.
If you wish a correct part sent immediately, order again at www.suncast.com or call 1-800-846-2345. You will be charged for this corrected order.
To get credit for a incorrectly ordered part that is returned:
Once the part and original paperwork have been received by the Suncast Replacement Parts Department, the information is removed from the system and credit is given within 24-hours.
