To purchase finished goods:
In order to avoid competing with our retailers, it is Suncast Corporation’s policy to not offer our products for sale online. However to make the task of locating a Suncast retailer more convenient for our customers we do provide the retail store name(s) where the product is available when you click on the Find a Retailer button located below the product image.
Suncast replacement parts carried on the website are subject to availability. Any questions regarding where to purchase Suncast products should be directed to the Replacement Parts Department 1-800-846-2345 or parts@suncast.com
To order replacement parts in the USA:
To order parts you will need to know or have readily available the following information:
1) The letter/number model of the product the replacement part is for
2) The hand-stamped quality control number off of the paperwork that came with the purchased unit
3) The part number(s) needed
4) Your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number
If you do not know the model of the product, you can page through our online interactive replacement part finder until you find it.
If your unit is not in the online interactive replacement part finder, then that part may have been discontinued and you should call 1-800-444-3310 to see if replacement parts are still available. At that time, you should have a detailed description of the part you require or be able to answer enough questions about the part in question that our parts department representative can assist in determining your needs.

To purchase a replacement part from outside the United States:
The same information as listed for purchase of replacement parts in the USA is required and the same process applies. If you have difficulty, please feel free to contact the Parts Department, by calling 1-800-846-2345, or by calling 1-630-879-2050 if you are located in an area where the toll-free number is not accessible You may also mail in a request along with a money order to the address listed above. Overseas orders will be processed and shipped out best way.
Shipping rates and over size charges:
Suncast ships smaller replacement parts by U.S. Postal service and larger parts by UPS. Oversize orders (those orders that exceed the dimensional packaging sizes according to UPS standards) are charged a surcharge of $50.00 by UPS. In addition, shipping and handling charges are calculated at the actual weight to the specified zip code zone and added to this surcharge.
