Where can I buy Suncast products?
To locate a retailer who carries Suncast products, click the Find a Retailer button located below the product image.
In order to avoid competing with our retailers, it is Suncast Corporation’s policy to not offer our products for sale online.
Suncast replacement parts carried on the website are subject to availability.

Why did you delete the color of my product?
Suncast closely observes the retail sales of our products by color to detect new trends. For inventory control in the market place, we only offer our products in five or fewer color variations at any one point in time.
Why can't I buy replacement parts in my area?
Generally stores do not carry inventories of small parts. However, some Sears,
TrueValue Hardware, Ace Hardware, or Canadian Tire stores will assist customers with these types of orders.
Why can't I find my product on your website?
It may be any one of these reasons:
- Your hose reel may be too new to have been added to the database.
- If you are using the interactive replacement parts finder you may not have answered all the required questions or answered the questions correctly.
- You may have not dragged the bar at the right of your screen down all the way to reveal all possible units pictured on a page.
- Parts may no longer be in stock for your particular product due to discontinuation.
- You may not have a Suncast hose reel.
When can I expect a reply to my question to Suncast?
Suncast makes every attempt to respond to requests and questions within three to five working days.
Where can I find downloadable instructions for products?
The majority of Suncast's products come assembled, however various products do call for moderate assembly. When Downloadable Instruction Sheets are applicable the View Assembly Instructions link will be present for the most current version of that product. If you require instructions for past versions of products please contact the Parts Department at 1-800-444-3310 or parts@suncast.com for assistance.
To download the assembly instruction sheets, you may need to acquire the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking the GET ACROBAT READER button placed near the View Assembly Instructions link. If you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, just click on the View Assembly Instructions link and the file will open in your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If the product you are looking at does not have the View Assembly Instructions link then there are no assembly instructions available for that product.
What can I use to clean my Suncast product?
Suncast recommends using all-purpose cleaners such as Fantastik ® or Formula 409 ®
